Pimple on tail?

Hey guys I have a Jardini and by its tail it has a white pimple? What is it? Anything i can do to get rid of it?

I tried to take some pics but my jardini is squirly...I cant get a good pic.

Sure its not a missing scale? Thats what it looks like in the pics. Otherwise it may be ick, but I doubt it it looks too big. Im sure somebody here can help

nope its not a missing scale..it looks like its on the scale..and I know for a fact it aint ick because its to big. Really does look like a pimple(a juicy one) any know how to get rid of it? This is really buggin me!!!!!
