Pindare spawn

I noticed tonight that one of my 3 geo pindare is holding. When I got them a couple of months ago, I was told two were a pair and the third was a target male. I now know which is the female. I'll get pics up if she lets me. And by the way, these fish are pretty hard on each other, lol.

Any one have experience breeding this variant? I get different info about gestation period. Is two weeks right?

I have a pair of Pindare which have just cleared a spot and put down some eggs yesterday. They did the same a couple of months ago, but a yoyo loach i had in the tank ate the last batch! He is gone now, so fingers crossed.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this pair has already spawned once. Considering they're in a 360 with stingrays and giraffe cats and dats, I'll be surprised if any fry survive, but who knows? I'll get a short vid today.

She's still holding! She's also defending the original spawning site. Tough to get pics of her in there.
