The bigger mine gets the more aggressive he's getting. Today he decided he doesn't like the bahias and has been chasing them relentlessly all day. He doesn't bother the azuls, ipatinga, wolf or silver dollars but wants to kill the bahias. I'm not the only one here with a 12in+ pinima so how are you guys dealing with their aggression?

My 2 pins are pushing 14" and my other Cichla are 15+ so they don't bully them. Those 2 chase each other and the smaller pin all day. I just let them go at it. Eventually they'll stop, I hope. They don't do to much damage so it's all G.

Yea the azuls are bigger than my pin but he's bigger than the rest of the bass....the ipatinga is the smallest but he ignores him. He's been chasing the same two fish all day. The azuls chase anyone who comes on their side of the tank except the pin after today.

Mine are funnyl . the bigger has a nice size advantage on it but the smaller one still be beasting up on him like " What up Homie got a problem SMACK CAM!!! LOL

Lol!

My pinima is a bruiser he doesnt discriminate no one is safe he is clearly the boss, but it doesnt seem too rough typical pbass aggression.

I had two Pinima a while ago - one was very aggressive, more than any Orino i've owned.

I had to sell him in the end.

If this guy keeps it up I may get rid of him also.

Well mine isn't the boss of the tank my two big azuls are....they won't take any of his mess.

Also funny is my bigger pin flares up at the big boys on the other side of the egg crate. Gonna be interesting when i put him on other side.

I was looking at your pics and I think that bigger pin is big enough to hang with the big boys....When I first got my pin he was 3in and the rest of my bass were 6-8in and they used to pick on him but he out grew them and is holding his own now.
