Pinima color ?

I've seen alot of pinimas on here and all that I have seen have crazy Spangling and color very similar to tems but if you look at my old pin he was green with just spots outlined in a little yellow is it collection points or what I've never seen on like mine he was 11 to 12 inches

Here's my little guy. I absolutely love this fish. He is a meanie and bully's my temensis which is out growing that pinima and 2 azuls in same tank.

I don't think its.collection point. IIRC, its just the different stages they go through when then age.

This is correct I lost him and a few other bass during a power outage and sold the rest of my bass that made it and I havnt had bass since but seeing that pinima post under mine just made me think of mine

Matt, have you grown that pinima from 2-3" to that size before you lost it? I know a pinima when I see one. Thus I will never spend pinima money on a tem.

Not sure what you mean by you'll never spend pinima money on a tem are you saying the pinima with spotted patterns that look like tems remind you to much of a tem so you would just buy a tem instead ?maybe you could elaborate on that a little for me but I grew him from around 6 to 6.5 inches with some other bass i was growing out at the time
