Picked up 5 cichla pinima's. Super Stoked. I never owned this species of cichla before.

Nice,I saw the other day that pinimas were back in the market,where did you get yours from?
I only have my one Rio Dolce kelberi.I went into a funk and sold all my others after my beautiful Rio Nigro died some months back....now I am feeling the cichla bug again and may get a pinima.
Growout Set Up,
29g - Was previously used for flowerhorns. Didn't want to buy a new tank if i already had one.
Filtration - SunSun - 302 Canister Filter, Sicce (Seachem) Tidal 35 HOB filter
Heater - Hygger Digital Heater. I love These Heaters.
I am keeping the tank bare bottom. IMO growout tanks (depending on fish) You don't want to put to much money into it just because it is a temporary set up. Everything mentioned above was previously used in other set ups. So i had all of this stuff already.

Is there a reason it's got so much filtration? I know more is better than less but is there a specific reason?
