Can you post your setup conditions and water qualities, along with gravel type and other info like types of plants?

I'm at work but will post everything for you tomorrow. Tbh haven't tested the parameters in awhile. The temperature is 74° Fahrenheit the plants are Amazon Swords. Substrate sand with large gravel mix. I've been doing biweekly water changes.
