Hi, I have 190 litter tank. where i have a bunch of cichilids. one of them in pink convicts. I have 3 pink convicts 2 female and 1 male.

Now 2 of the convicts are having lots of fry and so i make a tank divider to keep them safe with the fry.

my other female convict is always trying to go with other side but she can't because of the divider. and the other pair convicts are also trying to attack when ever that female convict is near to the divider. I think she has eggs and trying to find a spot. but she does not have any male with her.

I don't know what is her intention? should i let her go to the other side of my tank with that pair.

i know the other convict will attack her.

here are some pictures.

She will get killed if she gets near the other fry.

i messed up trying to catch her. i had to catch the other pair convict and fry. the fry was not big enough to see so i catch as many as possible and as a result the water was so dirty.

after i clean the water put back the 3 convict now my other convict female which has eggs trying to lay eggs and try to attack other female convict who had frys.. and male is happy with other convict.

now when i put one fry, try to see what happen, they actually ignore the fry. so i decided not to put the fry on the tank with convict parent.

Now i also have a black convict but it does not have any intention to go with those convicts. should i buy 1 more male convict or should i experiment with these 3 pick convict?
