I want to add a catfish with my couple of pink convicts 1 male (white short body) and 1 female zebra.
now i have 7 babys, but i want them to give.

tank size is 31 gal (120 litres)

i like the Liosomadoras oncinus :naughty: - Jaguar catfish

it's possible??

i can buy about 2in ( 5cm) , I can remove it if it grows too

or a pimelodus pictus ?

is not problem if the catfish will eat the baby of convicts

suggestion ?

I wouldn't put any catfish in a tank that size with a pair of convicts. What are the dimensions of the tank? The only catfish that could survive that beating (and I wouldn't recommend it) is a raphael catfish (spotted or striped, same species).

Nope. I really wouldn't recommend putting any catfish in there. Maybe you could just leave the convicts alone for now. Anyways good luck with the fish!

if i put a same size citrellum cichlasoma

want to try to hybrid

you will need a bigger tank. and to take out either the male or female convict, depending on if your midas is male or female. otherwise the pair of convicts will kill the young midas

four line cats are pretty cool and im sure they would be fine with your convicts. I have my 6 inch one in my CA/SA tank and hes fine.
