IS ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH A KK PARROT CROSSED WITH A PINK CONVICT? I JUST BOUGHT 5 AM CURIOUS TO KNOW WHAT THE SIZE OF THEESE FISH MAY BECOME. I MAY TRY TO BREED THEESE FISH SINCE THEY ARE A THIRD GENERATION AF TANK HATCHED FRY.

Just a guess but I would say 6-8 inches... Cons only get about 4.5 and parrots get about 8-10 so I guess that would be a safe bet... Good luck

Hey! I have seent hem get as big as 8-10 inches in a pet store called " A PLACE FOR PETS" in Buriem, WA. The parrots are in their front window on display. I have four that are 4-5 inches and they are about 2 years old. Here is a great web page for info:

JUST AS AN ADDITION TO THIS THREAD, I JUST GOT THREE KK PARROTS CROSSED WITH FORTUNE FISH. I THINK IM GONNA SET UP A PARROT TANK AND DISPLAY THEM ALL TOGETHER. IT WILL BE SOMTHING DIFFERENT TO LOOK ATthose pink parrots are the wildest things ive seen! they are no bigger than two inches round and aggressive. the alpha male even has a large nuchal hump. when i figure out how to post pics, im definitely gonna post him.
