Picked up a pair of these, they seem to get along together well. Any tips or suggestions from keepers of these fish would be appreciated. I would like to breed these guys, seen a couple of members have sucessfully done this.

Some pics, though it looks like I need to grab the Windex.

Beautiful fish. I have paretroplus kieneri. Different look, same body shape.
I've grown attached. Thinking about setting up another tank and just putting pinstripe, bleekeri/polleni and keineri's.

Sounds cool, though I'm not sure I'd put either of my polleni with the pinstripes. Both my polleni males are pretty aggressive.

That sucks. You should send me one of those males. :naughty: My last polleni wasn't aggressive at all. He was a big wuss. lol

Those are so cool Brian. I've never seen them before. I love those teeth. How big are they? I hope you can be successful in breeding them.

Those are fantastic fish, love the teeth. I keep my paratilpia with paretroplus maculatus and etroplus canarensis and they all get on well.
wish i could get these fish in uk
regards Angel

Thanks all:) They are about 9" and 7". I was told the male is the larger, but I don't know how to sex them.
