Me and my buddy agrue alot on fish keeping. And we were wondering if in a legal state do you need a permit to sell them. Like if you breed pirahna in Ohio a legal state. Can you sell them to other legal states with out a permit? I say you can without he says you need one.

the laws which regulate piranha ownership and distribution are STATE laws not federal laws, which means that the law will vary from state to state. In my state (maryland) you don't need permits at all.
