Pirahnas, patches on skin

Just got home from work, went to feed the pirahnas, they have patches/blotches in several places, all 3 of them. They seem happy enough though. Done 15% water change yesterday, very strange, what do you reckon?

What color are the patches. Red = lesions, Brown = nitrite poisoning. Post your water params.. Posting a pic would help.

Whitish, soft and cloudy, Excess slime production caused by irritants in the water. Did you remember to dechlor the water when you changed it. Sudden pH change can also do this.
