'O' That is not good . Sorry to here . NO ! AN EYE Will never grow back
if you chose to keep cool , I all ways throw out the "NOT PERFECT" one
Or Flush What Ever You Prefer .
THIS IS COMMON AMUNGS PIRANHA UNDER 3 inches . to eye nip .

They generally live, Just watch for infection.

i had one who had his eye eaten. didn't have any infection, but was always late into hunting. he basically ate the remainings of feeders. you can make him grow but he'll always be a lil late on the other's grow rate if you don't feed them a lot so even your beaten one has sometin to eat.

if u wonder how my one eyed rb is going, check my avatar....haha

I had a p named willy for the same reasons and he ended up the same way. Your one eyed p will probably be eaten within a month. If he makes it past a month he'll be fine. make sure to keep feeders or guppies in your tank at all times so the other p's will have something to keep them preoccupied because otherwise they will pick on willy.

I've got a 9 inch RBP that lost his eye in his yoof... Hes fine now... it hasnt effected his ability to catch prey much either. I thought with his disability something fast like giant danio would thrive.....wrong. I had a one eyed convict that couldnt catch guppy fry! He should be fine, as long as he can survive his former friends...I seperated mine.
