that seems really off, considering the piranhas usually attack larger prey through the stomach region. And wouldn't go for the head, beacasue there isn't enough meat for riscing their lives..

sorry but i have 2 agree...it looks 2 fake! All the guys wounds look to clean (no tear/ripping marks) also notice the fish with the fishing line and hook still attached...looks like they had a body and went to catch some extra fish to spice up the picture a little more.
