Anyone see the preview to the new Piranha 3D movie set to release in 2010? I can't find a trailer anywhere on-line but saw the preview in theater the other day. Here's the plot from wikipedia

Plot
The fictional Lake Victoria is the caldera of a prehistoric volcano. Each 4th of July weekend, the population of Lake Victoria, Arizona swells from 5,000 to 50,000 as young people flood the town to celebrate. When tremors tear open a crack in the lake floor, millions of piranha are released. The ravenous fish unleash havoc on the unsuspecting party-goers.

Think the movie will scare the general public and create bans in additional states?
 
don't think there's any trailers out yet...the movie is probably gonna be horrible but I'll probably go check it out anyway.

you think we'll end up getting more members after the movie releases? that's probably gonna be both good and bad...just hope no one will be stupid enough to release the fish into a pond after they get bored.
 
The trailer was part of the previews to Avatar in 3d and seeing that preview right before the beauty of Avatar.....made the graphics of the preview look HORRIBLE.
 
that the most fail plot ive ever heard an earthquake breaks open the floor of the lake and releases piranhas? i can see it now:


Customer: do you have any piranhas ?

Knowledgable Pet Store Employee: yes we do we have many different species

Customer: do you have the kind that comes from volcanoes ?

Knowledable Employee: ............... there arnt any that come from volcanoes

Customer YES THERE ARE!!!!! i saw 'em on a movie THE MOVIE WAS BASED ON A TRUE STORY !!!!!!!!!

Employee: the movie was an attempt to capatilize on the undeserved fear of piranhas it had no truth to it........... nor was it based on a true story

Customer: ........ ummm whats capitalize mean ?

Employee: *sigh*

Customer: whatever im guan go to the other pet store i bet they have the ones from volcanoes


*customer walks away*

Employee: wow thats the 5th one today
 
i saw the preview and it looks really bad. i am not going to see it. pirhana are going to swim out of the ground and start attacking.....haha

lol funny, love the way you put it. but i fear that some of the lfs employees will react the same as that customer.
 
Ya I saw the preview today before Avatar. Looks to be right in line with the two previous pirahna movies.

I guess it's suppose to be a remake of the original from 1978. I wasn't even born til 5 years later. lol.
