Does anyone know of any LFS that sell Piranha other than RBP. I know of a few nice shops with good prices on fish but they only carry RBP. I don't wanna pay for shipping and risk loosing a fish by ordering online. And Milwaukee is a big enough city that there should be more LFS with more piranha variety.

no idea, but if you cannot find anything locally then order online is probably the only option. most vendor here has live delivery guarantee so you don't have to worry about loosing a fish, other wise they'll either refund you the money or send you an other one if available. check out Aquascape, Shark Aquarium if online purchase is your only option left.
Given that I have no idea what direct prices would be from a LFS. Would it be possible that online prices including shipping would compare to the price from a LFS.
well, for example, baby rbps at one of my lfs goes for $25 each, from AS or SA they charge $5-$6 each. if you know a store that sells rbps, check out their price and check out AS and SA's price. rbp is like the cheapest piranha around if they charge you an arm and a leg for them then will probably be more expensive for the ones that are more rare. you can also check out the for sale section here and on piranha-fury, you may find ppl around your area selling their piranhas
I got my 1.5" RBPs for $7 each at the LFS I usually go to, and I can get a 4"-5" for $35. I guess I'll just keep an eye out for them in the classifieds and I'll resort to online when I get really desperate. The prices online are doable, I'm just seeing if I can save some money by going local.
lfs really don't carry rare p's because most people don't know of the different varieties of p's there are. if you want a rhom or something onlines your best bet aquascape or shark aquarium, shipping is usaully no more than 50 bucks. that's the price we have to pay if you don't live in new jersey lol
