Piranha bit me

I hand fed my 5 months old RBPs for about 5 days and today one of them jumped to take food and
bit my finger. Finger got wounded badly and covered by blood. Again i will not hand feed them.
Took these pics from 1 hand, so quality of the pics are not good. But can see what happened. wound is about 7 mm.

Now you know they are vicious man eaters lol! once they have the taste of blood!

Told you. I said within a week sucks that I'm right. Hopefully you disinfected the **** out of that wound, nasty infections can come from fish bites!

I've been feeding my solo red belly for quite some time now. He's close to a year old, maybe 6-6.5 inches. I guess I better cut that out, ha.
 
Think positive, be happy that you have your finger left, wounds heal but of beaten fingers does not grow out.

It's so shame when someone don't follow the advice. Piranha bites are really nasty....
