I have a few questions about my (future) Red Belly Piranhas' diets.
I've seen it mentioned in more than one source that Red Belly Piranhas eat Plant matter, and in one or two of those sources it stated that Veggies should be included in the Piranha's diets.
Is this true, or is this a bad idea? Or is it just opinion based?
I plan on starting with Piranha fry (I've read that this is more challenging than starting with juvvies, but I really want the experience of raising them), and I'm worried it may take some time to wean them onto Pellets, so I want to make sure I can give them the nutrition they need in the meantime.
Also, What would be a good example of a balanced diet for Piranha fry? Most sources state I should just breed my own Brine Shrimp, but only feeding them brine shrimp doesn't sound that healthy.
