Hi

i am aware that red bellied piranha are preditory but are they agressive? are they like preditory silver dollars?

Thanks
Matt

not what you'd call aggressive. predatory yes, aggressive, no. Serrasalmus sp. could be considered aggressive, piraya, and caribe could be considered aggressive also but they can be shoaled together. serra's are a 1 fish per tank kinda Piranha.they'll kill any other fish in with them, even if they don't intend to eat it.

it's depending on the fish..can't gurantee it will be agressive or not. but most commonly RBP are skittish. but not all.
