Piranha Eggs Need Help

my rbp's just laid eggs and i have never had this happen can yall tell me what i need to do to keep them alive i know i need to get like a 20 gallon tank for them to hatch in but how do i get them out of the tank and hatched correctly

I have bred red belly piranha mant times.......Wait for the fry to hatch....When the little ones hatch, siphon them into another tank, a growout tank.....Yes, a 20g is perfect, but for only a month.....Do 50% water changes everday......Feed the fry bbs(baby brine shrimp) after the yolks are soaked up........
