piranha fry

well a week ago a few of my piranha spawned and now they have hatched and swimming around so im woundering what in need to be feeding them? got some baby brine shrimp from petsmart and here are a few pics they are really small so i did my best

LOL had to look hard for a bit to find one but i see 2 babies now did the parents guard the eggs for a few days ?

baby brine shrimp is great for raising fry of all species of fish

o yeah they are really small!!! it took like 10mins to get a pic that you can see them some what. yes they did for a day for so and i took them out so i could try raising them

you have to hatch your own brine shrimp, those ones you bought from pets mart are too big.

they are to big? because the cubes dissolve into really small pices. well if they are to big how do you hatch your own?

CONGRATS!!! That's awesome.

There is nothing like home-hatched brine shrimp when it comes to raising fry. Your LFS should carry dry brine shimp eggs, ready to hatch once you add water. Some packets even contain salt

thank you so much!!! yeah there is like 300 of them!! and i will find some dry brine shrip eggs on monday
