jack and i were recently discussing piranha hybrids, jack mentioned he would like the body shape of a rhom, coloration similar to piraya, and shoaling capabilites...

now that would be a sweet hybrid. mine would be...a blue diamond piraya with very rayed fins...

so any thoughts on the subject? i was thinking in the future maybe there will be mix breed piranhas...im thinking for sure :headbang2

Tony, you beat me to it making this new thread
lol yea.. let's hear what other member had in mind if piranha can be cross bred and what kind would they like to have..

haha this is gonna be sweet i wanna hear/see some really good ideas!!

It's all fun to imagine what out favourite crosses would be but I hope to God it never happens or piranha will become mutts just like certain cichlids and will
completely screw up labelling a creature that has yet to be fully discovered yet.

With that said I giant black rhom with yellow flames going up it's sides would be AWESOME

a rhom that shoals, thats all i want it doesn't matter what type rhom, much props to any type of rhom, or shoaling elongs would be amazing

what do you guys think?
only had black, blue and red pens to work with so not much choices.
I like the shinny blue scale from blue diamond rhom plus the big ass black humeral spot on caribe and the flaming red from piraya so that's what the second pic should be, but pretty hard to make it look shinny with pens, so..
