piranha in 120 tall

someone in the town next to me is sellin a 120 gal tank, stand filter lite for 250. the problem is its a 120 tall tank dim. 48”wide (length) 18” deep (front to back) 30” tall, how will this work keeping piranhas..?

 
I don't remember how many p's you could keep in a 120....but I'd add 1-2 less because the foot-print, not the gallonage is more important.
 
You'd be fine then
 
ya you'd be fine for a while... but eventually that piraya will outgrow that tank.(cause of the width) so if you want them to stay in there for life change that piraya for a tern.
other wise good luck with the mix
 
You can keep 3-4 for life in there.

it would take a LONG time for the piraya to outgrow that tank. i think he will be fine for quite a few years in there.
 
I agree with Bog. Footprint is too small. Better of with a Rhom
