Oregon
I'm new here, and posted a thread about wanting to buy Piranha and my thread got deleted and a MOD sent me a warning on how they are illegal in Oregon. Here is my thing, I have in Oregon since 1997. Piranha are sold in stores all over the state. I've found several websites that state they are legal. Has the law recently changed or is there something I am missing. I currently own 10 Red Belly Piranha that are 5-7" long that I purchased from aquascapeonline and they were mailed to my house in Oregon. In the past, I also owned Piranha that I bought in pet stores in Portland. Does anybody know if this MOD is confused about Oregon Law or are pet stores, myself and many others all breaking the law? I'd like to know as son as possible before I end up in trouble over my fish.

I checked. Ps are still on Oregon's no-no list:

Nevermind. I just substituted the amended excerpt of the current pdf document in my previous post. Serrasalmus, Pygocentrus and Pristobrycon appear to be legal now. The OR site still displays the old document, too. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Go ahead and repost your WTB ad.
