Piranha like fish that are not exodons

So im planning to make a 55 planted aquarium with some baby monster fish like a baby SALfish ,A
a baby black knife fish, and A baby ropefish/ maybe bichir, so i want to know of any piranha like fish that will school in middle level of the aquarium that are not exodons because the exodons are not really compatible for my

I haven’t kept them, but from what I read, they can be nippy sometimes to longer fin fish. But like all tetras, they will probably eat any food you have.

Oh so they may nip at the knife and lungfish???

I don’t think so, but I think they would nip longer fin fish like angelfish for example, I think your fish will be fine.

Columbians are good for sure, bleeding hearts would be another option or disc Tetras

Wimple piranha (even though a piranha), charax gibbosus and sp, oligosarcus, rhoadsia altipinna, and roeboides guatemalensis.
