looks like you have a couple pairs dancing in there. mine always due a nest in the gravel they never used plants
The grass they are building a nest in is fake grass that covers the whole bottom of the tank. I added the sand and gravel later to see what they like best for nests. So far I have had nests in the gravel and grass. Technically the one in the grass was sand until they blew all the sand away. I DO NOT recommend the gravel that I used if you plan on raising the fry in the same tank because once they hatch the work themselves down into the gravel and get stuck and die.
