i have a 55g tank with five, 6-7inch piranhas and i have a 2-3 inch piranha. I was wondering how big the little piranha has to be to be able to join my larger ones. please let me know.

really i was told from the place i got them from it is 10G per fish now what happens if there is to meny fish i was told they with arrgesive with each other and not enough air in the water..

Way to many in that 55g you have now think of an upgrade before you think of getting more that size should be in 75g really 100g + check thru some of these post and you should get an idea on the size tank you need to me thats going to be your biggest problem real soon......

Even at 10 gallon per fish, why do you have 6 and want to go with 7? You've cut the 10 gallon per fish rule into 9 gallons per fish and 7 would drop it below 8 gallons.

Did the place you got them from say that a 55 gallon would be okay for 6 piranhas for life or just that you'd probably lose some along the way?
