pirhana mates

i had a baby pirhana about 4 months aago but was eaten by one of my cichlids what do u think would be a good tank mate or mates for a pirhana so i dont make a mistake lik that again

From what I've heard there are not many tank mates suitable for piranha, especially the more aggressive species. You may be able to get away with something like a pleco... but even that could end up food at any time. I dont think u'll find good tankmates with piranha.... their just too aggressive....

Actually... even Pacu will have a hard time with piranha .....


I HAVE seen people put African Tiger Fish, Payara and Pink-Tail Chalceus together since.. they are all tetra type fish...

What do you guys think?

i wouldn't waste your time trying to find tankmates for your p's... everything will eventually be eaten.
