st louis
hey i had a chance to run out to pirrahna realm at st. louis mills mall today. i had been there a few times before, but i really enjoyed my visit today. the guy that runs the place spent alot of time talking with us and really knows his stuff. he had multiple species breeding including, h. temporalis, dovii, midas, v. synspillum, and countless others even the pearl danios lol. he has two massive red tail cats that were a blast to watch, i'm still amazed they don't eat their tankmates. everyone in the area needs to check this place out.

Awesome, I live south of the city but go to school out of town and never even knew there was a place at the mills. Nice to see some people from st. louis on mfk.

it's deffinitely worth the drive, heck it's close to two hours for me. forgot to mention he had some altum angel fry today cool stuff.

George is awesome!
He has some great tanks. The subdues lighting, floating live plants, huge submersed trees, tan colored water, and...oh yeah! Fish!!!! He has everything from Altum Angels and Discus spawning in the same tank to a tank full of adult Pirhanas with breeding pearl danios. Ever see 500 Cardinal Tetras? How about Altum fry? He is spawning everything in those systems. I think his parrots would of spawned by now if he was concentrating on them.

It takes about a good 20 minutes per tank to see all the life in each and tank and then witness how they interact. These are no 55g aquariums here! Each tank is 4,000g and part of a 16,000g system! That's alot of water, territory, and swimming space!!!
In 4,000g of water you will see the most natural of behaviors happen that we will never see in the confines of our small aquariums!(Believe me, even a 300g is small)

Did you guys forget these pics?
