Just wanted to show off my violet goby aka dragon goby. He's gotten so much thicker and bigger then he was two months ago. He grew about 2 and a half three inches and got a little belly going on. I feed him lionhead sinking extra small pellets and bloodworms 5 to 6 times a week with either 1 to 2 days to fast.

Nice. Mine never stays out long enough for me to measure him. Much less take a picture

sweet fish dude!!!!

Nice, check the link in my sig for pics of mine, I had it for 2.5 years then come home from work one day and it was dead. I think something spooked him and it ran into a rock or something cause it was L shaped.. kinda funny but it really sucked.

It was 12.5" when it died.

What SG do you keep yours at?

just a question.. :D.. are these only kept in brackish?... i would love to keep one, but a brackish biotope seems hard to maintain...

the dragon goby needs brackish water. I keep me sg at 1.010 to 1.015 in my brackish tank.

Nice, I'm acclimating my guys right now, almost done....gravity at 1.008
