Pl*cos

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Sometimes other plecos, and Falcons have been known to eat them.

i got a pleco that was pretty chewed up by a red devil cichlid, once he was removed from her tank he healed up and still is a pretty handsome guy for a common pleco.

Plenty of things will not get along with plecos. It is just trial and error. Cichlids can be troublesome, as can many carnivores, bottom dwellers can meet the wrath of a plecos mouth.

I read that cichlids will eat the eyes and piranha's can flip them over and eat the belly, etc. personally my p's are scared of my pleco

we've seen various crabs and crayfish in the LFS's chowing down on hunks of plecos.. so i could guess that without proper hiding places crayfish and plecos probably won't get along well..

apparently there are enough hiding places in my tanks, the plecos don't bother the catfish, and the crayfish aren't interested in eating the plecos..

my giant gourami hates my gibby with passion, i had to seperate them.

Had an oscar that tried to eat the plec all the time, never worked. Shortly after the oscar died so did the pleco.

I HATE it when people spell pleco "pl*co" its freaking dumb.

Hate is such a harsh word. How about dislike. :D

I hear if you spell it the right way your pleco will die!!!

Knock on wood :hitting:
