Planaria problem

I can't quite figure out how I got them.I watch the fish eat pellets one by one to avoid over feeding.Water changes and gravel vac isn't helping much,the cichilds won't eat them,so what else can I do ?

I read somewhere that planaria are always present in a tank but in small numbers, unless something is out of whack. I just got a planaria bloom myself and I hate it. I believe mine happened from overfeeding, so I've cut back.

There are traps you can set to catch them but forgot what they are. Might want to look that up.
