Ive noticed my rope fish is COVERED in little white worms. Im pretty sure they are planaria. at first i thought they would just fall off with some parasitic treatment but they keep reproducing... like hes got them all over his head n body now. I know they are supposed to be harmless but this is looking quite dangerous. how to i get them off him?

Fluke-Tabs should remove all the infestation but, can be harsh on weakened fish.
Cupramine will kill off all inverts in the tank. This product remains in solution so, once the worms are gone, a carbon insert in the filter will remove it.

Good luck.

You can also do a large water change and reduce your feedings.
