ok, im planning on getting a 195 gallon wide tank this november.......
Filtration: Filstar Xp3 canister filter, Ehiem Aquaball 2210 internal filter
Heater: Aquamedic 1000watt titanium heater
Lighting: 2x Current USA 30" 65 watt Satellite

firstly, who makes custom tank stands beceause its a weird size, 60"x30"x25"
secondly, what kind of sand is cheap to use and how much does it cost in bulk,
thirdly, stocking suggestions...

i want an arro and my ornate bichir,
would a Jardini and a Ornate get along?

also once again, whats a good large middle dwelling/schooling fish, would like sumthing a little more exotic than silver dolars.......

First, make your own stand, use 4x4 uprights, 2x6 cross pieces and runners, cap with 5/8" marine grade ply, sheath with 3/8-1/2" ply, top with 1/4-3/8" corkboard, and hold it all together with wood glue, woos screws, and carraige bolts, it will be cheaper and usually stronger than anything you can buy.
I can help with the sand as I don't use it.
I also don't know about the compatability, I have never kept jardini.
Since you don't want silver dollars I assume you don't want tinfoils or balas either.
By large I assume you mean 10-20".
The problem is that of these not many are actually imported.
You could try ;
blackbar dollars
yellow pacu
moonfish (Citharinus citharus)
silversides alestes
or
pinktail alestes.

Yeah building your own stand is the way to go.

If you wan't cheap sand just go with playsand. I use quickcrete playsand that you can get from Lowes. It runs anywhere from $2-$5 for a 50lb bag. I will post a pic in a min of the color of the sand.

Not to sure about the jardini. It is possible for it to go down to the bottom and pick on the ornate. But like guppy I have no experience with them. I only have experience with silvers.

Here is what the sand looks like and the color.

and that sand is good for rays? i here jardini are agressive. you could get a hystrix!

Yeah that sand is good for rays. I wouldn't have them in it if it wasn't. Also it doesn't contain any silica so it is safe for pretty much any fish.
