Good Evening.

Ive been lurking these forums for a few days now, trying to find some info on how to build a plywood tank, or a regular glass tank. But from what I have read, plywood is cheaper.
Anyways, I have a few turtles (RES), and they need a new home, asap. So Im thinking a nice 200+gallon would be nice for 'em. I have many different plans drawn up and stuff, but now im stuck.
If I go with a full out glass aquarium, Im looking at approx $25 a square foot of 1/2" glass. And for a full tank, that is way past my budget. Now, ive been reading about plywood tanks. But I am not sure what to use to seal it. Ive read of many different things, but Im not sure what is what.
Im looking for something inexpensive, seeing as I have tighter budget, and I want something I would hopefully be able to buy locally.
I live in Canada, so some things are harder to get, but looking at HomeHardware, I have found a few things. Im not sure what is safe, and what isnt. Some help would be nice. I want to start building ASAP
