Currently I'm in the very earliest stages of planning the custom 681 liter of 2.44m x 61cm footprint for my clown loaches. I'd like some thoughts on the planned stocking, listed below.
-6+ clown loaches. Already have 6, considering getting a few more when I get the bigger tank to give them as much company as space allows.
-6+ yoyo loaches.
-60+ black kuhli loaches. Already have 24, want to increase to 60+ when I upgrade to make them feel as secure as possible.
-3+ (6+ if 3 is not enough) horseface loaches.
-Possibly 1x pink tail chalceus (I will probably move it from the other loach tank, to this one when I get it).
-If dither fish are needed, 6-12x Odessa barb or roseline shark. I won't get these if dither fish aren't needed.
I don't expect I'll update this thread again for over a year, as it will take quite a bit of time to save for the tank and equipment. For now, I'm just looking for stocking advice.
