will they be okay in a tank with gravel and lots of hiding spots? what do they eat if they dont eat pellets? are they easy to handfeed? im really excited to get one from my lfs for 25$ but i want to be prepared first. should i get an albino one or the normal ones with kewl designs on them?

well i assume that you are talking about an albino senegal and probably a ornate
it would depend on the tank size on which one to get they eat shrimp earthworms sinking pellets pretty much any meaty foods
good luck and just warning you may get addicted to polys! :D

haha thanx ill probably ask the lfs guy for sinking carnivore pellets. that will work right ?

yup those will be a good staple just make sure you keep a varied diet!
i know i already asked but what size tank is it going in?

its a 55 i believe or maybe 60 never did noe since that one was given to me

cool then definately go with the albino senegal those are cool i am going to get some for my 125 soon :D

the albinos are kewl ill probably get one of those. u think my tank is too small for the normal colored one
