plans for a new app?

Is there any plans for a new app? This is god awful compared to what the android app offered. It's laggy and layed out non user friendly on mobile browser.

Yikes. I hope they reconsider that. Other then a few bugs that app was flawless and fast. This is going to take some serious getting use too.

Wow just use a desktop pc or update your phone as it works fine for me.

I never liked the app, the only thing its good for is uploading pics. If the new site lets me upload pics from my phone I have no interest in using the app.

As of right now, the old app is dead with absolutely no chance for revival. The software the app was based on was over a decade old and wasn't compatible with modern hardware. It also didn't have customer support anymore. The issues that people were complaining about with the app that cost us so many members were impossible to fix.

IF we do get a new app, it will likely be this exact same software linked through a button on your phone instead of through your browser, similar to the way the Wikipedia app works.

I can honestly say that as a staff member, you're the ONLY person that I've heard say positive things about the old app. We killed it because no one liked it!

You can upload pics from the browser. I'll have a guide on how to do it up at some point today. It is essentially the same as uploading from a computer.

having worked on a few sites that have had major upgrades this is normal some people dont understand that like hard wear (computer etc) software also online wear if you like also has a life span and can no longer support the site...... we are just creatures of habit and hate it when things change lol...... look at the back lash when someone comes up with a new method of filtration hahahaha

It would be impossible. The people that created it don't support the software in it anymore.
