i just bought an anubias plant recently and placed it in my tank..apparently hours later i got home and everything was gone except the roots..i was just wondering which 1 of my fishes in the tank ate it..i have a 6 inch wolf fish (hoplias microlepis) and a foot long eel of some sort (spiny i think)...just wondering if any1 knew which 1 ate my plant..also i got a clown loach and a creyfish

most likely the wolf, but crawfish will eat them too. any agressive fish will destroy plants.
 
The crayfish!

If you check the Great Lakes area, you can tell where the Rusty Crayfish was introduced ... they chop down all aquatic macrophages! Only very few are compatible with plant live.

haha the puffer is only like 3 inches n the creyfish is bout 5 times its size
 
the cray or eel for sure. wolves never touch plants, strict carnivores. could be that the cray tore up your plants (always the case, they love to CLAW CLAW GRAB GRAB DESTROY!!!) and your eel polished off the floating greens.

if it was indeed in fact the wolf i would love to see this fish in action! would knock the socks off everyone at my LFS to see a veggie-eating wolf!
