If you're looking at the one in the actual tank it is an anubias.

Right in front of the rock is some type of sword, probably Echinodorus amazonicus, but it's impossible to tell without a better picture. I assume you're talking about the tall plant with the long stems and short leaves?? Unless you're talking about the Anubias barteri 'nana' or Anubias hastifolia.
