I'm unsure hard to tell from the pic. Looks like mint leaves.... J/K

Looks like water wisteria to me.before the lfs 's get them they are grown above water, so they have aerial leaves, after it's been submerged in your tank a couple of weeks itll start to look more like wisteria, the leaves will take on a completely different shape

I think leviathon hit it. It definately looks like something grown emersed.
