Correct. It is egeria densa aka Anacharis. If its grown under lower lights with not enough nutrients it will grow very slender and small. When it has the chance to suck up nutrients and has enough light it goes crazy. Anacharis is one of those plants that it grows great for you or it doesnt. I know some various very well experienced planted tank folks that can grow the most challenging of any plants there is but cant grow Anacharis. Im one of them. Lol.
Ok, I just wanted to confirm because it looks different than the anacharis I bought from the internet. I just found a photo on google that looks close to it called mayaca-fluviatilis:

It does look like anacharis. But who did you buy it from what did they call it. Because it does kinda look like the link you posted. The plant does look like it has very fine leaves. Anacharis has a little broader leaf.
It's an elodea species for sure, but probably not normal anacharis.
If they leafs have small little teeth on them, its Elodea najas. I have more of it than I know what to do with in my high tech 10
