I don't know where this would belong, but I found these squash growing in my back yard, what kind of squash are they?

Could be a gourd. But it also looks like a butternut. Ive grown them and thats how they start out.

So I'm guessing you didnt plant them? Just spontaneously sprouted? Ive gotta know the details on this! :nilly:

Nope. Yep. Maybe a seed from Halloween ended up there.
