Okay, this should be wisteria in it's emersed form right? The stems were fuzzy, and it was newly shipped to the store:

Now this one I have no idea, but it seems like a true aquatic plant to me. I really like the way this one looks:

Here it is in the tank, top center of the picture:

Thanks in advance for the help :)

Can you get pics of the second one - more clear?

The first one - I don't know what it is, but there is a completely different plant called the Wisteria which is NOT "the submerged form" of the Wisteria vine. Two completely different plants. Just FYI.

Yes I know about terrestrial wisteria. I think I learned about it through your plant sale threads :D

I'll try got a better pic on the second plant.

It's basicallylike a fern, and the bottom of the stem between all the roots is an almost 'wood' like stem, that concerned me that this could be a terrestrial fern :(

That has me thinking, too. Where did you get it? How was it kept prior to you getting it? That might give us a hint.

petco, in water.

Petco is a terrible place to get plants for aquaria. well over 50% of the plants they sell are not true aquatic plants. The first one looks to be wisteria, the second is not like any aquatic plant I have ever seen.

Being that this is the planted tank and aquascaping section, terrestrial plants don't come into play. They belong in the lounge, or on a botany forum.

The second one looks a lot like Bacopa.

Actually, this petco only has 3 species (probably four with this fern plant) of terrestrial species in their aquatic plant tanks, compared to the 12 to 14 species of true aquatic plants that they sell.

The common white edge one, water bamboo, and I forget the last one, but it's purple.

Nothing wrong with buying plants there as long as you know what you're buying. I went to buy a few bunches of ludwigia and cabomba, and decided to swoop up this interesting little plant. I'll probably put it in some soil and set it in the window. :)

You are very lucky. The petco near me has one true aquatic plant... bolbitis. The other 9 species they sell are all non aquatic plants.
