Tank is a 125 with 220watts of PC lighting.

Sand substrate, no co2, I plan to fert as little as possible. Filtration is an FX5 and XP3, both outlets near each other blowing in the same direction so I have some pretty good flow.

For sure I will have some Java fern and moss on DW. Im looking for a large plant with large leaves for the back That will grow along up the back glass and to the surface.

Also looking for some low foreground plants that will do fine in my tank.

Any suggestions?

Crypts will work well for foreground, swords will work well for large leaf backgrounds.

Yep swords would make good background plants. Stem plants that would grow all the way up to the top would work too if you're looking for a bushier effect, such as hygrophila or anacharis. Anubias coffeefolia would work too, they get plenty tall, but are slower growing. For foreground, marsilea sp. are a good option if you can find them.

there are several Anubias species that would work well for you...

JD7.62 If they amazon swords interest you pm me and i will give you some. I am kind of over run. That way if you kill em atleast they were free.-lol- You should be alright with your lighting. Any new plant you get will likley die back alittle before it gets going.
