Howdy,

I moved your thread to the Planted Tank Forum. I have already referred you to this forum by PM before, but you seem to not read PMs. Thus, I post in your thread what I'd normally say by PM:
  • Please read your PMs. You can activate automated e-mail notification when you receive a PM
  • Please always choose the most appropriate forum for your questions. It helps MFK by keeping it structured, and it helps you since your audience is more targeted.
Thank you for your cooperation.

To answer your question: Ground covers generally require high wattage and/or compact/HQI lights (depending on tank size). Echinodorus tenellus grows rapidly and spreads out easily. Enter the Latin name in Google and select the Images tab for pictures. I used to keep it and it grew like crazy. But have no pics.
