do all the chemical stuff u put in to the tank for the plant affect the fish or water in anyway? for instance the ph level, nitrate, nitrite, and ammonia..thnx in advnaced

Some of the ferts are nitrogen based. So can effect all, but if you follow directions, your system should make it stable to where it has no change. Key is to allow your system to be fully cycled b4 you add any ferts.
