I'm looking to do a planted ten gallon tank (standard size). I am just getting into plants. Im looking for something that will cover the bottom (something like dwarf grass) and something that will grow nicely on a piece of driftwood (some kind of moss). Also it just has a standard hood with a stock light in it. I assume I should buy a new bulb for it but not really sure what kind or power. Im planning on stocking it with some tetras ad maybe some shrimp. Any other plant suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help and happy holidays !

You will need alot of wattage for dwarf hairgrass....that should be enough if you dose plus I have co2 DIY running in my tank atm. I set mine up with plants, shrimp, and 4 tetras....i had the hair grass in another tank with 2 watts per gallon and it wasnt good so hopefully they will do fine in this one ill post some pics later for ya good luck!!!
