Hey guys, so I just finished aquascaping my 30G and after about two hours of fiddling, I think I have gotten a good finished product but I wanna know what you all think. Thanks in advance for your opinions and hopefully constructive critiques.

Tank looks good except for the pvc pipes. They don't look natural. With the rocks and plants, looks like a cartoon character. LOL!

I like it. I also have a 30, yours looks better. What's all in there?

For the PVC, i would personally try an find a way to hide it... Maybe take it out of the tank and completely dry it, get some silicone and smear it over the PVC then cover it with the same type of substrate as your tank and place it on the bottom...

Might help make it a little more natural, either than or create little caves out of rock for your eel alone...

Well, right now it is my bichir grow out. My main tank is a 110G. There are a couple buettikoferi, a delhezi, and an ansorgii as well as my baby tiretrack and fire eels. My senegals are also temporarily in there because I don't have my 110g set up.

As far as plants, I have a red melon sword (far right back) three baby amazon swords (attached to driftwood) an XXL amazon sword (far left) and another random swordleaf that I can't remember (front left)

That is absolutely brilliant. I live the PVC and silicone idea. I will definitely have to try that, thank you

No worries, thats the same thing i did a few years back for one of my old eels coz i didnt want to see the PVC pipe stick out like a sore thumb...

Agreed, that is such a good idea! Yeah I really enjoy natural looking tanks, but anyway, yours looks great!
