Hey guys, so it has been awhile since i last posted, but since then i have decided to stay with a planted tank and go with some angles (not i the tank yet)

So here is my planted tank it is my first try (seeing i have only been in the fish keepin hobbie for bout 6 months) it is finally finished!

I dose excel every mornin, big als plant food every weekend, and i have many root tabs in there right now. I leave the lights on 12 hours a day, the big thing about my tank is i run it off 0.6wpg!!! i as did everyone else i talked to did not think that this would be possible so i am very happy!

neons, corys(swartz,bronze), coolie, skirts, golden zebra botia.....i cannot wait tho to have 2 angles and a huge school of CARDINALS YEYE!!
 
Thanks that rocks are from around lake ontario (lol i know i boiled, cleaned, boiled, boiled, boiled, cleaned),and yep they are the same cheap fluorescents that came with the tank.

and no CO2 injection, just excel every mornin
 
the wisteria, the smaller moneywort and half of the unknown plant (i have a tone of it) i just got a week ago, but the tall moneywort has been in there for a bit over a month it has grown great!....and the shorter plants in the front of the tank have hugh leafs, they are very green they just grow amazingly! and the unknown plant that i have i buy it all in bulk and it is a real low light plant It grows REALLY REALLY fast

Overall all tho it takes a while for plants to grow in my tank, but they are very health and green!
